We guarantee your satisfaction and are happy to make an exchange within 60 days or issue a refund within 30 days of the date you receive your merchandise.
All customers making an exchange will be shipped the exchanged item free of any additional charges (1 time per customer per order).
All items must be returned in new condition. For clothing items this means unworn, unwashed, no odors, with tags, not damaged. Basically in the condition we sent it to you in. For non clothing items this means with all parts, in new condition, with original packing, etc.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are therefore non-refundable.
Returning an item
To return an item for a refund or exchange, please send it back to our warehouse at the following address:

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information so that you can monitor the whereabouts of your returning shipment. Please include your original invoice with the shipment and write on it whether the return is for a refund or exchange. If it is for an exchange, please also include the style number and size of the item you would like to make the exchange for.
Once we receive a return at our warehouse, we generally are able to have the refund or exchange processed within 48 hours. If a requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would prefer a refund or to exchange for an in stock item.
