Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee your satisfaction and are happy to create an exchange or process a return within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise. All exchanges/returns must be authorized with an RMA number provided by the Band-Tees Customer Support team prior to being sent back.

All items must be returned in new condition. For clothing items this means: unworn, unwashed, no odors, with tags, un-damaged, etc. For non clothing items this means: with all parts and accessories included. Please return in the original packaging with the original packing material if possible.

Return shipping labels are not provided by Band-Tees for exchanges and general returns. We recommend utilizing a shipping company that provides a tracking number to ensure the shipment is traceable until it arrives at our facility. Once received, we will inspect the return shipment and either process the exchange or issue the refund within 72 hours.

Please note; If an item(s) is received in a condition other than new, it will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. If an item(s) sustains damage during return transit, we will notify you so you may file a claim with your shipping company and a restocking fee may apply. When returning for a refund, the original shipping charges are not eligible to be refunded. All customers making an exchange will be shipped the exchanged item free of any additional charges (1 time per customer per order). If a requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would prefer to exchange for an in stock item or receive a refund.
