How long will it take for my order to get here?

We ship whats in stock, and back order the rest. Inventory can change significantly from day to day, therefore we cannot guarantee that everything you order will be in stock. However, if an item is out of stock we will have it ordered immediately. Due to the nature of our business, items can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive from the manufacture. To make an Exchange or Return you must contact us to receive a Return ID. Contact Information: Sales@Band-Tees.com After you have contacted us, we will dispatch an Email with Return Instructions. We guarantee your satisfaction and are happy to make an exchange within 120 days or issue a refund within 30 days of the date you receive your merchandise. All customers making an exchange will be shipped the exchanged item free of additional charges (1 time per order). All items must be returned in new condition (unworn, unwashed, no odors). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and therefore non-refundable. |
