How long will it take for my order to get here?

Orders require 1-2 Business days to leave our warehouse (usually 1).*

Standard shipping time is 3-5 days

Standard International Shipping time is 9-20 days **

Expedited Shipping time is 1-2 Business days.

How does Band-Tees handle out of stock items?

We ship what is in stock, and refund the rest.
 
Inventory can change significantly from day to day, therefore we cannot guarantee that everything you order will be in stock. We will ship all in stock items and refund you for those that are not available, confirming any order changes via email.

Does Band-Tees.com ship to countries outside of the United States?

Yes! We ship to many countries. If your country is not an available shipping option during checkout, please contact us to see if we are able to add it. We do NOT ship to freight forwarding services.

I don’t live in the United States, and my phone number and zip code will not fit in address field, what should I do?

If your zip code is less than 5 digits long, the system may not accept it.

Phone numbers can be done in the same way, you could also enter zeros before the phone number to allow it to fit. Also, to ensure your items will be shipped properly, feel free to send us an email with your shipping address.

Is your web site secure?

Yes, you should see that our web site has SSL security where sensitive data is shared and has a current certificate. You can find the seal while browsing our site at the bottom of most pages and also displayed prominently in the cart area.

How do I make an exchange or return?

We guarantee your satisfaction and are happy to create an exchange or process a return within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise. All exchanges/returns must be authorized with an RMA number provided by the Band-Tees Customer Support team prior to being sent back.
